How long does it take you to put a table plan together? Who needs to sit with who? Who mustn't sit with who? Need to keep clients with the company representative? Be it a plan for 100 or 5,000 it can be mind-blowing and time consuming .... The more considerations you have the worse it is!

With our help an unlimited number of people can be allocated to an unlimited number of tables, of various shapes and sizes, based on a set of constraints that you specify. These constraints set out the rules regarding who can sit at each table.

There are two types– People and Profiles. People Constraints allow you to create a rule for an individual delegate or delegates. Profile Constraints are rules that will apply to any delegate within that particular profile.
